Publishing Center
The Publishing Center of the Naval Academy "N. Y. Vaptsarov" is part of the Scientific Section and carries out publishing activities in accordance with the academic plan of the school. The center is registered with an international ISBN code and publishes scientific works, textbooks, methodologies, and specialized editions.
